This page states what TrustDude is — and is not — under the US record-keeping rules that apply to producers of sexually explicit visual content.
We are not the producer
TrustDude is an editorial directory. We write reviews, assign trust scores, and link out to third-party websites. We do not produce, film, upload, host, or stream sexually explicit visual depictions. There is no TrustDude video library and no user upload form.
Where the content lives
Any adult images or video you see after clicking Visit Site are published by that destination — a cam network, a tube, a VR studio, or another operator. Age-record and labeling duties for those depictions belong to that operator, not to this desk.
We may show a site logo, a favicon, or a short text description so you can recognize a listing. That is identification for a review, not a copy of their catalog.
What we keep
We keep the editorial file for a listing: name, category, score, and the review text. We do not collect performer IDs, model releases, or 2257 record sets for other companies’ scenes. If a brand wants those records, they keep them.
How this sits with the rest of the site
Read this with the disclaimer, RTA page, and terms. Together they say the same thing in different legal clothes: adults only, reviews only, third-party sites own their media.
If you believe a page on TrustDude is hosting prohibited visual content, write contact with the URL. We will treat that as a site bug, because it should not be possible.
